The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is a cultural touchstone, and 2026 was no exception. One model stood out among the rest because of her backstory.
She’s Barbara Palvin, actor Dylan Sprouse’s wife, and she strutted on the catwalk a mere six weeks after giving birth. Videos of her appearance have gone viral on social media. Their newborn daughter is named Sylvie.
Sprouse was impressed by his wife’s decision to walk on the runway so soon after childbirth.
“I’m amazed by how she’s able to compose herself and do it every time,” Sprouse said to Zanna Roberts Rassi, according to People.
Barbara Palvin Has Posted Photos of Her Newborn Baby on Her Instagram Page
Palvin shared her pregnancy story in a series of photos on her Instagram page. On October 9, Palvin posted a photo showing her cuddling the newborn to Instagram. “Becoming an adult in middle-earth,” she wrote with that post.
“We took Labor Day literally this year 👼🏻,” Palvin posted with a photo showing her with Sprouse and the infant. She also posted a pregnancy photo in September.
Victoria’s Secret’s page responded to the latter photo, writing, “Put this in the Louvre 🥹🤍”
Dylan Sprouse Said Barbara Palvin Was ‘Working Hard as Heck’

Palvin put the work in to appear in the show, according to Sprouse, People reported. He said that she was “working hard as heck” to get ready for the iconic show.
According to People, Palvin and Sprouse, an actor, married in 2023. Sprouse added that the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is as much of a surprise to him as much as it is to the audience, People reported: “She doesn’t tell me the order of things or how it goes down. She surprises me kind of. Sometimes I see her looks, like I’ve seen her looks before, but I’m really excited to see what it’s going to be this year.”
He added that the baby laughs at his jokes, saying, according to People, “So, I’m officially in, dude.”
Barbara Palvin Explained That She Ate Healthy During Her Pregnancy, Which Helped Her Get Ready

Palvin spoke with Page Six about the catwalk. “I’m happy. I’m excited. I hope I don’t fall!” she said.
“I tell everyone: This is normal. Maternity leave is six to eight weeks; I’m six weeks tomorrow, so I’m just doing what everyone [else] is doing. And I only need to walk down a runway!” she joked to Page Six, which noted that she is a Hungarian model.
Healthy eating helped her stay in shape during pregnancy.
“Funny enough, my body bounced back — luckily — really quickly,” she told Page Six. “Add I think it’s because I’ve never been healthier. During pregnancy, I really wanted to make sure baby girl was healthy, so I only did organic foods. And now postpartum, because I’m breastfeeding, I wanted to make sure I was eating good. So that’s how I prepped: I just let my body heal on its own and did some light exercises, but nothing crazy.”
